I had to investigate a support query related to the lack of sound for a MacroView operations session running via remote desktop to a Windows Server 2003 server.
I decided to add my name to the title of the blog. This somewhat selve serving, but hey it makes it easier for people to "put a name to the face" where the blog is my "face" on the web.
One of the primary benefits of RSS and other syndication technologies is that I can get the content I'm interested in without visiting all the web sites that the content originates from.
