What We Do

We develop and maintain software to provide significant value to our Clients and Business Partners. This sounds like a rote Company slogan, but it is absolutely what we do. The work performed includes the whole life cycle of software development including the initial planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and long term maintenance. We maintain the majority of the software we develop and aren't a build it and then leave them kind of company.

How We Work

We develop software using internal processes that are continually evolving but are heavily influenced by Agile Principals. These processes are also heavily influenced by most of the software development work being done on products as opposed to one-off projects. Running through the following articles will give you a good indication of how we work on a day to day and fortnight to fortnight basis. It also provides insight into what working with us would be like from a Client's perspective.

 This section of the web site is intended to provide an insight into how we think, what's important to us and possibly some level of education into the nature of software development. The thoughts presented in the following articles may well clash with your view of the world. Note that all of these beliefs are as a result of experience in developing software and software products in particular. The nature of software in particular and its importance in the modern world means it really has to be treated differently from other types of products and services when being purchased by a business.

We have a small number of select Clients that we have long term business relationships with. This is both a strength and a weakness, but is also a side effect of our strong software product focus. The clients listed here are major long term clients or business partners. The list doesn't include the variety of clients we have worked with on smaller short term software projects.
